Classy Backyard Wedding in Marietta GA | Grace + Sagar

Grace first met when Sagar when he was interviewing her for an internship in Atlanta, which she got accepted to of course. A year after becoming friends and one job change later, they began dating. It wasn’t too long after that they started talking about marriage, but Grace had no idea he was planning to propose on their trip to Jamaica. Surprise! Sagar cleverly had the ring hidden in a chair down the beach and the rest is history.

We so loved celebrating these two at their intimate, backyard wedding at Grace’s family property. It was absolutely something straight out of a magazine. Grace, with the help of family, did a beautiful job on everything from decorating the ceremony space to putting together the florals for the reception table. Although COVID-19 and the craziness of this year caused their wedding day to look a little different, it all turned out so perfect and we’re glad that some of their closest friends and family could take part. Not even the rain made it any less special. And let me tell ya, when we hear Sagar’s parents note that a “wet knot is harder to untie,” we found our new, favorite way to look at rainy wedding days. Love it!
